although priced like a game Halo 3 ODST is just an expansion pack to the beloved underachieving Halo 3. Paying $60 doesn't merely hurt as much as knowing that this is all good material designed to be part of Halo 3 which didn't make it into the final product simply because it exceeded the requirement. Knowing that Halo sells it self and there will be enough Halo fans buying their product to make it a success, Bungie held back a great deal of material ranging from in-game features and animations to story lines and cut scenes in the making of Halo 3. All this led up to the creation of a new concept running on an old engine. Halo 3 ODST. After observation and expeculation, ODST game-play is the same as Halo 3. Although Halo 3 game-play is nearly flawless, it causes a conflict once the character you experience the virtual world thru isn't a bio augumented cyborg.
