Without me, it's just "Aweso".

6-8 Player Co-op

Well, what do y'all think of a larger co-op capability for Reach? I'm talking 6 or 8 people. In my opinion, this would offer a brand new campaign experience as with this many players, (Assuming the game offers a somewhat open world experience like ODST) you could use many more strategies that would be impossible to undertake with only 4 people. You could launch a flanking maneuver with Sniper support, lay much more devastating ambushes, and be able to take on a much larger enemy force.

More Back story and Interaction for Co-op Characters

Well in previous games, the background of the characters that secondary players take control of (i.e. Not the Chief or Arbiter) has been sketchy at best. Now, an improvement upon this was made in Halo 3 where the Elites we took control of were given a paragraph's worth of background. But a glaring problem is that these characters were not incorporated into the actual storyline of the game.....at all. They would mysteriously disappear during cut scenes, and have no lines of dialogue. I hope that Bungie will have an ensemble of supporting characters who we will be able to take control of if needed, and if not, will still play a part in the story.

6-8 players in campaign would probably reach a whole new level of lag.

I would love a six player co op but the number of enemies and an improvement of enemy tactics would be needed.

Well we know that there were more than 5 at Reach, and at most engagements.

Well generally you have squads within it.

I'm pretty sure that this game takes place after reach, or at least the bombings is the beggining. I'd imagine you play as the surviving/new squads of spartans that are left.

How about levels where you must split up and support each other in different ways? Like the sniper level on Perfect Dark Zero. Or the different support areas in the Decay addition for Half-Life PS2. I liked activating switches while my buddy protected my back from the main control room, and other two person puzzles. Of course, turning switches, and wheels isn't really a puzzle imo, but whatever. No puzzles in Halo please, but simple stuff you know?

The 23 who survived on the surface split up into teams.

Team Alpha (3)
Team Beta (11)
Team Gamma (3)
Team Delta (6 crippled)

We will probably be members of Team Beta since it was the only team with at least 5 Spartans, and the only one which could have included "Spartan-259"
