"Yeah, I can fight."

Sup, this is Marauder Syel hosting another quick speed topic to get snappy answers to questionable questions!

Today's question asks this:

"I know that in Halo 3 & ODST you can blow up Phantoms, but what about in Firefight? Will it still just take 4 fuel rods to bring one down? Will they be too fast to target? Will you get a lot of points when you destroy one? Or, will they just be flat out invincible like they were in Halo 2?"

Remember, any answer, is a good answer!

Edit: When I was playing Halo 3 on Legendary at one point, I shot 4 fuel rods at just one of the Phantom's turbine engines, & it went boom.

forge firefight + missle pods = excellent defense and squashed grunts after they get off the phantom

The circle is now complete.

I can't see anything short of a Scorpion taking them out before they deploy enemies.

We don't know if they are able to be destroyed though.

-Yes, you can blow them up.
-No, it takes a lot of ammo.
-They will be stationary while dropping off troops.
-Probably
-No

Good Answer?

You get a secret medal for bringing one down..

But there's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
And the Science gets done.
And you make a neat gun.
For the people who are still alive.

Well in firefight i probs think you can't because if you took them down you would pretty much be to the next wave already.
