Do a barrel roll!

Hey guys. I recently found an IGN Rewind trailer on Halo Reach. They talk about some stuff but then they stop and zoom in on an area which shows a floating man whom they believe in James. ( Because he dies in space) Anyway what are your thoughts. And did any notice this?

Here's the link (oh yah how do you change what the link says so it doesn't say like " http:blah blah"

Any chance of a picture?

It could be possible, might just be an Easter egg as a reference to the books.

Thanks or the fix!

Do a barrel roll!

I don't think I can grab a picture because it is very hard to see ( and I don't know how) All I can say is watch the video because they pause and say something about it. Just pause it when they talk about it.

-blam!- GTFO OF MY SIGNATURE

It might be him. Or it might be another ship in the distance. People are going to over-analyze the trailer and find stuff like this, like they did in Halo 3's announcement trailer.

Its definitely a floating man. Its also definitely James because any body else besides a spartan would explode due to boiling of the blood and other stuff in a vacuum. I think people will over analyze the man though. All it is, is a shout out to all the people who read the book. Its nothing special. It basically, "Hey, you read the book and you know who this is." is just more proof that it is the fall of Reach.

People do not explode in space. You would die, but you would not explode.

Because astronauts explode all the time, right?

People do not explode in space. You would die, but you would not explode.
He might mean that gases in your body are ripped out and spread across space. This might sound like exploding to some people. Might even be exploding if you have enough gases in you (for whatever reason; someone felt like making a living person space-bomb as a cruel joke).

But indeed, there appears to be a body. All things being equal, we have to go on what we think we know (and understand that it is simply what we think we know, not what is fact). In this case, in the book Fall of Reach, a spartan's jetpack gets damaged and he is sent spinning through space, never to be seen again in any of the books, games, graphic novels, ect.
Given the importance of Spartans in the Haloverse story, I imagine that the body was James'. Although it might be important to note that James was not actually injured and would've died only from starvation or dehydration, and would not have been dead unless that was, say, his victory lap around Reach.

Yes he is, but there was no mention of James' suit being damaged in the book, only his T-pack.

they are probably just the people who were operating the station that was destroyed in the trailer.
