hi everyone,
in other forum threads and in various other places on the net i have seen many "omg i think its too much" related topics about the price of odst

here is the reason that odst is UNDER PRICED thats right - UNDER PRICED

here we go :D

first off the heart and sole of odst: the campain mode

its an open world city scaled story mode at night time killing barstrad covenant (<--- i spelt that wrong on purpose :P)
the difficulty levels easter eggs possable skulls found throughout the city add many extra hours of game time

second you get firefight which is pretty self explanitory why its on the list

4 player online covy killing horde-iness that will never get old (hopefully lol)

third is that you get forge, matchmaking customgames and theater = weeks of gameplay lol

fourth reason is that you get the halo reach beta which will be flipping awsome

fifth and final is that you will get all the maps ever created for halo 3, halo 3 original maps, heroic maps, legendary maps, cold storage, the mythic map mack and also the three new maps <---loverly

the legendary maps and the mythic are like 20 pounds together here in england i think wich if you buy from game (in england) its £29.99 (48 dollars) thats 2/3rds of the games retail so the whole package is effectively 10 pounds thats like 2 movie tickets :l for countless hours of gameplay

do yeah no whining

....I agree with the current pricing, but you should know that the length of the game and replayability usually does not justify the price.

Thats a matter of consumer opinion, but I was just pointing out that you said that because ODST has hours of fun and excitement we deserve a high price, which in a sense isn't true.

What I think most fans are upset about is the fact that they were expecting a small expansion, but it happend to turn out to be a full-fledged game in itself worth the full $60.

stop with the price threads NOW!!!!

is x-men origins wolverine a full $60 game?... yes

well let's see what we have, a campaign... it took me about 7 hours to beat it, oh some bonus where you fight other wolverines and unlock them to play in campaign..... ok,.... big news here.... that's it....... oh and credits, that's not important.

now lets look at ODST

campaign... it will be at least 6 hours long, not to mention he fact that it is open world gameplay. there is also 4 player co-op... wolverine doesn't have that.... hmmm, oh and did i mention there is a whole new frickin gametype that has infinite replay value....?

not to mention 3 new maps for halo 3, that will only be with odst

oh yeah there's this other stuff that's a cool bonus
1. reach beta
2. possible johnson (if pre-ordered)
3. controller (if buying LCE)
4. A WHOLE SECOND DISK THAT IS A BONUS WHICH GIVES YOU ALL OF THE MAPS FROM EVERY DOWNLOAD. ITS LIKE THEIR GIVING YOU HALO 3'S VERSION OF THIS!!!!

I hate repeating myself

i just want to have good conversation over this game, but all good threads are bombarded with this crap.

Let's all just agree and say we don't really care if the price needs to go down or up.
