Beam Rifle: Can fire 3 quick shots a little faster than a halo 3 carbine with a 1.50 second cool down and each shot uses 5 charge energy. Also I think it would be great if Bungie added weapon attachments for all or maybe certain weapons. You would press left on the d-pad when you pick up the attachment to add the attachment to the weapon and again to take it away(attachments don't come with weapons). The beam rifle's attachment would allow it to charge before firing. You hold the right trigger for a little over a second then it will start charging. It takes 3 seconds to reach full power at which the shot would be at least 10 times stronger than normal. The beam rifle has 100 charge each fully charged shot uses 10 charge energy(extremely long range).
Needler: Take away tracking, but make it much more accurate and fire 3 rounds a second. The shots move twice as fast and takes 6 shots planted in an enemey till "boom!", and it has a 48 round clip. Shots can bounce off of objects and still exlpode if 6 needles get planted in a player(medium range). Attachment would give it a scope, make it single shot, and give it a 10 round clip. It fires as fast as a carbine and each shot explodes on impact, and each shot flies as fast as a brute shot grenade. (medium- sub long range).
Plasma pistol: Its max firing rate is cut in half and tracking is taken away, but since it's plasma each shot will do damage for 2 seconds since it would continue to burn. And a charged shot would instantly deplete a normal shielded players shields and burn for 2 seconds till dead from burning. It's also more accurate(medium-long range).
Plasma Rifle: Each shot does less damage than a plasma pistols shot, but it fires faster and each shot also burns for 1 second(medium range-sub long range).
Plasma Grenade: Should have 3.50 times halo 3 blastradius.
Carbine: Each shot does damage for 1 second(medium range).
Fuel Rod: Each shot travels faster and shots don't slowly fall over distance. Blast radius twice as large. Attachment would make it fire a continuous beam which after 1 second would do as much damage as a spartan laser(sub long range).
Energy sward: Holding right trigger will charge the sward and increase range by 3 meters when fully charged. Sward shoots sparks and glows bright white when charging. It takes 3.50 seconds to charge fully at which it does 5 times as much damage. And pressing the (B) button repeated times lets you do combo attacks. Pressing the right trigger in one of your combos will end the chain with a strong swing. Each swing uses 2 charge energy and each charge swing uses 10 charge energy(close range).
Gravity hammer. Holding right trigger will charge the gravity hammer and increase blast radius by 2 meters when fully charge. Hammer will glow bright blue and you will see energy waves radiating out of it when charging. It takes 4.50 seconds to fully charge at which it does a little moredamage than a rocket launcher rocket and pressing the (B) button will also let you execute combos as well. Pressing the right trigger in your combo will also end it with a gravity swing. Each gravity swing of the the hammer uses 2 charge enegy and each fully charge swing uses 10 charge energy.
Brute Shot: Fires twice a little faster and each grenades blast radius is twice as large.(medium range).
Mauler: Range is same as human magnum. It has a 10 round clip(sub medium range).
Ghost: Can still fire plasma cannons while boosting. Cannons are weaker but each shot burns for 1 second.
Chopper: Faster and longer boost.
Prowler: Turrent is weaker, but each shot burns.
Banshee: Can still fires plasma cannons and fuel rod while boosting. Faster dodging and it flys a little faster.
Pigeon: Flying vehicle that drops plasma bombs.
Wraith: Turrent is weaker, but shoots plasma that keeps burning and main cannon shots are heavier and fly faster. Blast radius of wraith shot is twice as large.
Swooper: Brute flying vehicle that flys 15 meters off the ground and can easily change height. Has spinning blades on front, and fires chopper shots.
Carriable Jackal Shield: Can only use with one handed weapon. Pressing left trigger will make you cover most of your body with the shield. Shield can protect you from 1 direct shot from a rocket launcher, but it will be destroyed.
Deployable Cover: Can take 2 direct rockets before it has to charge. Takes 7 secondc to charge. Generator is behind the shield so it is not so easily destroyed. Generator can take 3 halo 3 brute shot grenades.
Auto Turrent: Equipment that when deployed fires a continuous beam 2 times as strong as a halo 3 sentinel beamat enemies in range, and it takes 1 rocket to destroy(medium range).
Sentinel Beam: Scope added(infinate range).
Spiker: When attachment is added it gains a scope and fires as fast as a halo 3 carbine. Each shot then does 1.50 times as much damage and fly faster(medium-sub long range).
Active Camo: It is now carriable equipment. When you press (x) active camo is activated and last for 35 seconds. It then then takes 1 minute to charge. It doesn't run out of power.
Human
Magnum: It Fires faster and it has a 16 round clip.(medium range).
Assault Rifle: Fires 1.50 times faster and attachment gives it a frag grenade launcher. Grenades still bounce(sub medium range).
SMG: (medium range)Attachment gives it scope and makes it a little weaker(medium-sub long range).
Battle Rifle: Fires single shot(sub medium range). Attachment makes it 3 shot burst and increases range(medium-sub long range).
Shot Gun: (close- sub medium range)
Rocket Launcher: Blast radius twice as large(sub long range).
Frag Grenade: Has 2.50 times halo 3 blast radius.
Flame Thrower: Flames shoot out cone shaped, and range is increased(close- sub medium range).
Spartan laser: Has aslightly faster charge time(infinate range).
Trip Mine: It burrows a little into the ground when thrown so it's less visible and beaping isn't as noticable.
Over Shield: It is now equipment. Press (x) to activate 4 over shields which will take damage and recharge slower then normal. It last 180 seconds then you have to wait 2 minutes to use it again. Doesn't run out of power
Mongoose: Driver can fire single handed weapon anywhere 180 degrees in front of him and passenger can also drop equipment and throw grenades. Driver has to use left stick to steer.
