This is something that's been killing me every time I see it. The colored lines that outline everything in the game when you're using the Visor. It makes it look like a child's game when everything's like that. Will we have a skull like the Fog Skull that can turn all that crap off, or even the option to remove them. I doubt everyone wants, or needs, red lines around the enemies to know they're the enemy.

Or, turn off the VISR?

1.Arkham Asylum, 2.Mass Effect, 3.Halo CE, 4.Mass Effect 2, 5.Halo 2, 6.Splinter Cell Double Agent, 7.Gears of War 2, 8.Medievil, 9.Oblivion, 10.Crash Team Racing

I hope Fog is still there, despite not seeing it in Firefight list of skulls.

It should make the HUD disappear, including visorlines, but leave the gun visible. Real WW2 marine feel.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

I thought the whole point of the visor is to make enemies show up, if you dont like it just dont use it.

Here’s what Luke had to say about the differences in treatment between the Spartans and Elites in Reach:

“Instead of piece-by-piece customization like the Spartans, Elite customization is a full model swap with models selected from the various Elite classes appearing throughout the Campaign. There are all kinds of reasons for this, not the least of which is our continued emphasis on the Spartan as your identity in Reach.”

Uh, no. those are there to help you see.

Especially at night. It lets you know exactly where the blocking is for objects onscreen.

It also identifies friendly targets, enemy targets, dropped weapons, and other points of interest.

Just because you don't like the aesthetic doesn't mean that it should be removed or isn't useful.

Check Out my FileShare.
I was once on Bungie Faves. (Feb.7-15)
I'd like to know why I can't see the signatures of others of myself on the forum. I have made favs once, 7777 campaign kills, and I helped bring modders down when they were at their strongest

No he ment if there was going to be a skull to turn it off, so NO ONE can use it.

Thats exactly the reason its there.

To OP: Remember we no longer have the motion tracker, would you want to be without any idea where the enemy is and just go into battle blind? Not even soldiers today are stupid enough to go into combat without some kind of visual aid, wether its from their own equipment or from a helicopter hovering at 500 meters in the air, they still have some sort of support telling them where the enemy is.

Not necessary, show some respect to your fellow members.

Would you dance for it?

The outlines are the whole point of the VISR...

Otherwise everything would just be slightly lighter and blurry. Sounds like a sweet 'inhanced' vision mode eh?

Four shots, four kills, reload, repeat. This is the work of a sniper.

Or you could just press X. Dude, since it seems you don't know, VISR can be turned on and off by the X button, you don't have to turn it on at all.
