I want to fly over a battle of thousands.

Peter Jackson's studio invented a technology for simulating large battle in which each individual moved and reacted in a realistic manner within a large battle so they didn't have to animate thousands of models individually.

If it's impossible to participate in a battle of that size then I'd at least like to be in a Pelican and look down to see such a thing. It's seems like it's important to represent the shear scale of a planetary invasion.

gears of war uses a horde technoligy i know basicly how it works.

you have 200 guys being controled by one AI it's like each guy is a part of a body that the AI controls.

it always looks weird though cause they walk in formation...lol

maybe select matchmaking events where people lead and decide attack stragities for realisticneis (just more than 100)
