Well, a few of you may know the site halomods.com. I've been a member for over a year now, and just now some sad -blam!- on an anti-HaloPC crusade has -blam!- the site completely. If anyone here knows who would do that, any help (i.e. hacking the hell out of them BACK) would be more than welcome.

I lost my beloved Creative Modding Forums to a hacker. 10,000 topics deleted, all registrations deleted, everything...can't really get them back by hacking, but you can trace IP's, send those to law enforcement, and bring them down. It it illegal to hack onto a website that you don't legally own and manage nor have access to.

Probably some 10 year old who thinks he's cool.

That's him alright. Bastard. Someone -blam!- kill him.

In the meantime, there's always my forums:

Well, I really doubt it's the same guy. There's thousands of hackers, everywhere, so I really highly doubt it...

Yeah, if you read the entire thread on gearbox's forums, you'll see that the program he used was an http flooder - the site will be abck up as soon as an admin figures out what happened. Pretty noobish hack if you ask me. What I don't understand is how he's not banned from Gearbox's forums yet - or at least lock the thread.....

He is banned, the site is back up too. It was up 3 hours ago.

I've been watching Zanzibar. There's like 1 post every 10 seconds or so...damn, lots of hard drive space, lots of processor power getting used there.

Combined with all of the sub-forums, this is one of the most busy forums I have been on.
