Subject: Simple: It's a flashback or recollection

At the end of Legendary Halo 3, we see Chief drifting into space towards what looks like a relic planet. There are multiple reasons for this. We know that he will be on a broken ship in cryo-stasis. While his body may be frozen, his mind will still be working, therefore, i believe that Reach will be a flashback of the past events. Or, it will be a recollection on Cortana's part filling in what John missed. This sets Microsoft up perfect for later games. John will awake from this flashback on the relic planet and time for a new game!

Your thoughts?

Why Hello There ;D

Don't you think that will make plenty of people mad? Just to beat a campaign, only to find out the whole thing was a flashback?

John is on Reach (for the Battle of Reach at least) for about 1 hour. If you mean his childhood and all that crap, the it could be a possible game. However, allot of people (myself included) hate to have John as a cemented character. Seeing his face, expressions, etc. would take away from the mystery and mystique. My two cents. Peace.

Why is everyone intent on Reach carrying on from Halo 3? What is so offensive about Bungie actually just making a prequal?
