Jumping: if it's too floaty then they can easily tone it down. I think the whole point of this is to counter the people who do nothing but run people over in Ghosts. Ghosts were completely overpowered in Halo 1, and we all know it. If you knew how to use a ghost you could pretty much own a whole Multiplayer match.
Vehicle Damage: they can change that really easily and change the vehicles to take more damage. I think the vehicle damage is for the same reasons as the jumping.
Boarding: It's supposed to be annoying, so you have to watch your ass, and so you at least have a chance at getting someone out of a vehicle if you're out of ammo. Of course, if you're out of ammo you're going to be screwed anyway, cause once the ghost/hog blows up you're gonna have to hope that you're close enough to melee the person fighting you.
I like the ideas behind all these changes, the only thing that could make them annoying is how they are implemented. If it's too easy to blow up vehicles, and if you jump too high and it seems stupid, then they should tone it down.
By the way, I also think this sounds a little weird. The guy that leaked the info wouldn't say anything about it cause he would get his ass fired (since all the people with the beta work for Microsoft).
