My weapon ideas.
Human Weaponry (decreased power against shields [200% less])
Assault Rifle- Same as Halo 3. Default primary spawn.
MA5K- Replaces the BR. Automatic, but very accurate if fired in bursts. Doesn't have a scope.
SMG- Same as Halo 3.
Shotgun- Less power at medium range. Apart from that, same as Halo 3.
Sniper Rifle- Same as Halo 3.
Rocket Launcher- Same as Halo 3.
Magnum- Halo 3 pistol with a 2x scope. Default secondary spawn.
Machine Gun Turret- Same as Halo 3.
Gauss Rifle- Replaces the Missile pod. Destroys Light vehicles in 2 hits, tanks in 4 and people in 2.
Flamethrower- Less range than in Halo 3. Apart from that, the same as Halo 3.
Covenant (Elite, Jackal, Grunt) Weaponry
Plasma Rifle- Less powerful against flesh.
Plasma Pistol- Same as Halo 3.
Carbine- Rate of fire decreased by 0.5 seconds.
Beam Rifle- Same as Halo 3.
Needler- Takes full clip to explode.
Fuel Rod Gun- Same as Halo 3.
Plasma Cannon- Less powerful against flesh.
Brute Weaponry
Spiker Rifle 1- Decreased damage against flesh.
Spiker Rifle 2- Elongated barrel. Fires like the Carbine, one spike per second. Four spikes to the head are lethal. Significant speed enhancement.
Mauler- Same as Halo 3.
Brute Shot- Half as powerful as the Rocket Launcher (two direct hits are a kill).
Gravity Hammer- Same as Halo 3.
Forerunner Weaponry
Sentinel Beam- Decreased damage to both flesh and shields.
Those are my weapon ideas. As for dual wielding: Take it out, it serves little purpose. The beatdowns shouldn't be a lunge anymore (like Halo CE if my memory is correct). That's my two cents. Peace.
