As soon as it fails, Hit A to go back to the "Avalable Content" Page and press A on it again. It will start the Installation of the Maps and should install fine. If you press A and then back out of the "Avalable Content" Page the Installation Data will be deleted, so when you try and download it again it will Fail.
If the tips above don't work try this. Goto the Dashboard, System Settings, Memory, Hard Drive, Halo 2 and Delete anything to do with the Blastacular Map Pack. Then Goto the System Settings, Memory, Press Y on the Hard Drive, and in this order press x, x, LB, RB, x, x. Accept the Maintenence.
Restart you're console and boot up Halo 2 again. You will need to redownload a BC Update and the Halo 2 Update. Download the Blastacular Map Pack and if it fails, Press A and then hit A on it again to restart the Installation. Keep repeating until it installs.
