often times when i play a team game in matchmaking half of my team wants to quit out on me sometimes me being the only person left on my team for me to just be raped and then cursed at by the enemy team with all 4/ 6/ 8 teammates left

so i thought of a solotion to that which can only be done if team matchmaking

say you are playing social big team and 5 people on you team quit there are still people waiting to join in matchmakeing why not simply have other people join your team if someone has left it would be so much better than having a fight of 3 vs 8

please do not flame and reply to tell me of what you think

It might be alright, but what if you get stuck in a game with 1 minute left and your team is down by 15? I say the only way to work it is to make sure that people can only join within like 2 minutes of the game starting. Also, new people joining could make epic lag.

Remember,
It is easy to be male
it is another thing to be a man.

Its a good idea and and should be put in.
And what scotsoe said is true too. Bungie would have to put certain rules in to avoid joining games that have ended (COD)

one problem i have with that is when you join a game and the team you join is being dominated and there is no way to catch up with the time that is left and the loss goes on your stats

No offence but that's a horrible idea. Is it really fair to have 5 people join a losing team in 3/4 over game. Also that would severely destroy the current ranking system. Matchmaking is good the way it is now. Don't ruin it by going towards a Call of Duty styled system that is completely incompatible with the current ranking system.

actually, having less members helps you become tactical, try making a plan with your team mates, bunker down somewhere and make your enemy WORK for the kills, otherwise, That is all.

Back.. and to the left.

I think its a good idea and worked in CoD, but the Halo experience system doesnt work that way.
