Wow, seriously? Not a single person in here knows what they are talking about.
Ugh...
The reason why campaign lags is because the net code for it is nothing like the netcode for Multiplayer.
There is not specific host in campaign.
The game WAITS for everyone to get everyones information before continuing.
Unless you have a ping to ALL other players of under 10 ms you will notice this button lag which act like HDTV screen lag but it has nothing to do with the screen.
Basically, when you press (insert melee button here) it sends that information out to all other players in the game and waits for it to reach all players.
If one player has a bad connection it screws everyone up.
Also, there is no host. No-one in the game does not get this latency (correct term for it)
