What are your thoughts on Completely Destructable Enviroment in Halo Reach.

Not 100% more like 50/50.

Yeah... what would we use to destruct those environments though? Grenade? Don't think so, your going to blow tiny holes at the ground floor at most. Rocket Launcher? A bit of a waste, don't you think? Brute shot? Perhaps the most likely option, but they would need to weaken it as a result of it being able to punch through walls now, and I like it how it is.

I just really don't think that destructable environments work with Halo. That is, if you are speaking of the Bad Company style of destructable environments. Cosmetic stuff like broken concrete or bullet holes through trees is fine however.

No! The maps wouyld be so much different than they are now and it wouldnt help the gameplay, it would suck. Now minor destruction (chipping away at walls, bullet holes, ETC) would be cool

Bringing you lame jokes, social awkwardness and the occasional good idea since 2008

Maybe GOW 2 like destruction, its more of an aesthetic thing than an actual destruction thing. Just craters from explosives and pieces coming out of walls, but not actually destroying them.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

I think it'd be fine if they just made it so bullet holes and craters didn't fade away.

like blowing holes in walls with granads not destroying hole building like in red facthion

Vancouver BC, Canada.

Your map wouldn't have any structure to it if you could blow it up completely. So, no.

Red Faction is awsome sauce
