Ok so follow this and skip to about 2:26 and as the other pods drop you can just about make out the very well known "Doon, Doon, Doon, Deen" of the respawn sound from Halo multiplayer. I think the sound is a warning to the ODSTs to tell them they are about to drop.

If nobody at all can hear the sound then i have obviously gone crazy...

It did... so?

I think the sounds coordinated with the flashing lights inside the pod, you can see them flash yellow yellow yellow green. Like a countdown timer.

So that's what happens when you respawn. You jump from space! It all makes sense now. All joking aside. Good ear. I could barely hear it.

i don't know whether hearing it was a good thing or a bad thing; it could be bad because it means i've died alot but it could be good because it means i've killed so many people in Local matches that it's been imprinted into my brain :P

Just send me a FR if you want to play.

I play any playlist, and most customs, unless your version of infection sucks.

Yeah the first time i watched it, i heard it and smiled to myself.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

I always thought it was more of a "Boop, boop, boop, beep."
