How many times have we heard this argument? Look, everyone wants to have fun. Some people have fun by using BRs, communication, and a competitive playlist while others have fun splattering people with a mongoose. It shouldn't matter to someone who doesn't like MLG if there is a playlist or not, just don't play it. Why can't people just let competitive gamers be competitive and casual gamers be casual.
What's the difference? People talk -blam!- EVERYWHERE, just moreso in ranked than in social. The name of the playlist doesn't matter. In my experience there is more trash talking in social than ranked. But either way, there will always be trash-talking. If we all were smart, we would just ignore it.
You dont have to play the MLG play or do you?
Why do people hate MLG so much? If you have a problem with kids who "are the best" then 1v1 them or just laugh at them.

One thing you have to consider about MLG, as much as I hate to admit it, is that it has provided Halo 3 quite a bit of free marketing. That's what has helped to continue to sell the game and keep it as popular as it is. Plus it continues to foster continuing support by Bungie and brings in new players for the veteran players to own (which I know you all enjoy).
i DisagreeThe Real object of the game is to Everyone to have fun. If the Game isint fun. Nobody will play the game[Edited on 06.30.2009 6:09 AM PDT]
