So, you link up with another ODST, and you two are pinned down on top of a 5 story building with nothing but three frag grenades, an SRS Sniper Rifle, and two MA5B Assault Rifles. You have three full clips for the MA5B's, and two full clips for the SRS. The Covenant is closing in fast, and you have to think on your feet on how to handle this situation. Your squadmate leans to you and says "Looks like this is the end," your reply is "Not on my watch." You closely study the Covenant and their positions. A pair of hunters is coming at you, and five grunts are closing in fast. Not to mention the trio of Brutes. How do you handle this situation?
First as all enemies(including Hunters) will dodge out of the way of a frag effectively if it hits the ground, you gotta be good with the grenades. as the approach toss the nades so the will fly behind the hunters, snipe these grenades as they pass the hunters to break the armour on their backs.
as they continue to approach, reload, and empty 3 rounds into the heads of the Brutes. Brutes dealt with.
switch to AR, and spray the grunts, taking them all down, side step the hunters lunge so they fall off the building spraying AR fire into their fully exposed backs as they fall. when they hit the ground swap to the sniper rifle and empty your last 2 rounds into their backs for good measure.
Move on.
i still maintain this even if it means just getting close enough to get them to lunge getting behind and then emptying the ar into them this way still kicks ass
