I'm sick of losing exp. whenever I quit a matchmaking game(and most of you probably agree). I think Bungie should remove it. that's the only reason I despise them. IMO Bungie should follow some of the elements of COD: MW & WaW like people can go in and out of a game.

The matchmaking system and penalty are fine. Stop complaining or play something else. Stop trying to turn Halo into Call of Duty.

The penalty should be -2 xp the first time you quit each day and -4 xp every time after that.

If i find you online (if i ever GET xbox live) please note i'm a cop, and if i catch you speeding, i will pull you over and i will arrest you. oh wait, you have a gun too...

How about if you quit out of a game 3 times and you lose 1 exp point. that way you would know when you should stop chickening out of games where some total ass is trash talking about you for no reason as if you killed one of his/her relatives or something. i had this problem on multiple games, and it's this ONE person following me around from game to game!!!
PS i tried reporting him for stalking me in-game but apparently moderators don't give a d

You Shall Not Pass!!!

The penalty is there to discourage people from quitting. Most of the time, quitting ruins the match for other people.

The removal of an EXP penalty system does have its advantages. You'd see a lot less people taking advantage of the EXP loss (i.e. derankers).

If you quit out of enough games Bungie should slingshot you into the sun

Trolls are insecure about their own pathetic lives that they act cool behind a keyboard.
Go back to being a failure kid.

It's thr Betrayal booting system that needs to be change.

I pray they change it to 'Vote to Boot'.

To Asgard...by the blood of our brothers.

EXP penalty is a great idea. I play Lone Wolves way more than anything else, and there's at least one quitter virtually every match. But at the same time, it's a little merciless when my wireless connection cuts out.
