Halo 2 Vista: Will it Work?

You have an Nvidia graphics card and want to ensure it's compatibility with your Vista operating system. You really want to know if Halo 2 Vista will run on lyour PC.

Laptops

The Nvidia m series is for mobile products such as laptops. Here is a good list of the m series graphics card for laptops: http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_m_series.html

Other

Here is the website that lists many of the latest Nvidia graphics cards:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_learn_products.html

Now

Whether or not your graphics card is compatible with Halo 2 Vista you now know what card you need or are prepared to ask yourself: Do I really want Halo 2 Vista?

I have no problem with constructive feedback. :)

OK. How about: This post is worthless.

You post nothing other than: "Hey, here's a list of Nvidia cards, some of which may or may not run the game well."

That, and you completely neglect ATI cards.

Everyone would be better off going to www.systemrequirementslab.com to check out their current setup.

I guess I could post a new topic titled, "Will it work?" and then post a link to every processor ever created and leave people to fend for themselves as to the effectiveness of each to run the game.

Next time you try to make a post to help people out, why not actually do so?

Constructive enough?

I taylored my post to specifically appeal to those who have Nvidia graphics cards.

I know that ATI graphics cards exist.

It's not really meant to leave others to fend for themselves. It's meant to provide information to guide one in the right direction who wants to know if their system can run Halo 2 Vista.

I'm agreeing with Overclock you could have listed the ones best suited to play H2V instead of giving us a link for EVERY single graphics card.

thanks for the feedback both of you. It's helpful get others' opinions.

I gues I could've done better. It's just a start.

Since there's many problems with Halo 2 Vista in this forum I wanted to see if we could start an area where all the Halo 2 Vista problems and posts could go.

I would like to say that H2V won't run in full screen on most laptops. So if you game on a laptop then H2V is not recommended.

Most of the PC issues posted here are the result of PEBKAC.

I'm telling you:

www.systemrequirementslab.com

It WILL tell you if your computer can play it, as well as if it will meet the recommended and not the minimum....for most ANY game, not just H2Vista.
