Subject: Quick Question about the Limited Edition ODST Controller

So I was just wondering about the Controller that comes with the Limited Edition ODST. Is it going to have a chargeable battery pack that comes with it? I hate replacing batteries all the time because they are a pain and a waste of money, so I have a charge station with a couple of packs that go with it. However, I don't think I want to spend the money to get a new controller if it isn't going to come with the rechargeable packs, a white pack on the back of a green and black controller would look ridiculous.

If anyone knows could they inform me?

no it does not come with a rechargeable battery but you can buy black ones you know and there only $10 dollars

Ah, good idea, I may just settle for that. I cannot stand screwing around with batteries every time I want to play Xbox. I guess ten bucks isn't too bad.

Thanks for the help

How do you know this? I was under the impression that it would indeed come with a rechargeable battery.

I just plug that recharge wire in....(The battery case but with no batteries) for my controller and somehow it works fine. LOL,

The simplest solution is to buy high capacity NiMH AA batteries that can be recharged using a wall charger. I have some 2300 mAh batteries in all my Xbox controllers, and I only need to recharge the batteries every once in a while. No more wasting money on disposable AA batteries.

i just use a plug n play. Charges while i play, can run off the cord only if needed, and only 20 bucks.

Rechargable batteries are better, they are multi-use and you can recharge them really quick!
