common sense is not commonly used

Because the story of Reach has already been told from the Master Chief's viewpoint, I can't help but wonder if the game will be told from someone else's point of view. Could it be a different spartan, an ODST, a marine. Will it be a character who we've already met an know well or will it be someone completely new.

What would you like to see or what do you think Bungie will do.

Look... I'm on bungiepedia!

The story of Reach was told by Fred, not the Master Chief (he was at Halo). I think it will be a new Spartan (one from Team Beta)

Laggen' ain't easy

I do not think we will see it from the Chief's point of view anymore. He has had his spot light. I think the next character in the spotlight will be a Spartan,, but not Chief. I do not know if it will be one of the Spartans featured in the books or if it will be one of the mystery number Spartans from the trailer.

Personally,, I hope it is one of the mystery Spartans. I want something new and refreshing. And if they do take that path it will make tons of new opportunities to add to the Battle of Reach and make new events. At the same time sticking to the well fabricated cannon.

the battle of reach is told in two different books Halo fall of Reach and Halo First strike. One has to do with the battle in space (John's point of view) and the battle on the ground (Fred's point of view)
