First off, if you are going to ask me to join a group then you must partener with my group, our join my group. Then I will join your group. My group is called Forgestop.

Ok. So I have heard all this talk about, "Why is ODST going to be a full price game," and "what a rip off." Frankly, I don't care if it is a full price game, because it includes the new maps and the possibility to get recon armor(although I think recon should be earned through something epic.) All the same though. Halo 3: ODST will most likely be fun. It will be ten times as fun as Halo Wars. Keep in mind though that Halo Wars was not made by Bungie. ODST is a first-person shooter, and has new weapons and maps. The maps are fifteen dollars right there, so ODST is even a better deal. So, my main point is that you should not complain about a few extra bucks for a game that is sure to be worth it. So, stop complaining.

Every 360 game that new was always 60$ thierse nothing to complain about.

maps should be $10 like every other map packs and the rest is $5 and $5 since the game was supposed 2 be $40 instead of $60

Halo games are a mixture of Awesomesauce with some Coca-Cool on the side.

I agree with this statement this game deserves a full $60 price for all of the brand new features and maps

Here’s what Luke had to say about the differences in treatment between the Spartans and Elites in Reach:

“Instead of piece-by-piece customization like the Spartans, Elite customization is a full model swap with models selected from the various Elite classes appearing throughout the Campaign. There are all kinds of reasons for this, not the least of which is our continued emphasis on the Spartan as your identity in Reach.”

Bungie said that they would make ODST less than $60.

Check out the group, Planet Reach and talk about Bungie's next game without the annoyance of the public forum. Oh and it's nice there too.

You thought you had lag, it took Jesus 3 days to re-spawn.

Wrong. Yet another person misinterprets something that was said even before the new year.

why are you looking at this?

yup, the game is perfectly balanced with the cost...

campaign- $20
firefight- $15
new weapons- $5
possibilities for recon- $5
new maps- $10
halo reach beta- $5

edit: don't ask for proof as this is my opinion

Bungie did state early one that they didn't consider ODST a full game, and anticipated a lower retail price that reflected that.

However, later they stated that due to additional content being added that they didn't foresee adding, that now ODST has enough content to warrant a "full" $60 price tag.

Summary: ODST was an expansion. It's not anymore.

Ding! Ding! You win. There are other less obvious reason too, but that's the gist of it.

Being an Elite is its own reward.

Ok, lets see....

Halo 3: ODST Campaign
Firefight
Halo 3 Multiplayer (Matchmaking, Custom Games, Forge, Theater)
All the Maps
Halo: Reach Beta Invitation

Why are you whining? That's worth more than $60. And Microsoft decides the price. Bungie does not.

OP, you are awesome.

Speciality: MLG
Weapon: All
Mental Stability: None

And they are adding full forge options ( from what I have heard.)

Nope, no forge on the first disc. Just on the second disc which is just the entire Halo 3 multiplayer.

I agree with what you are saying, but why can't we just have the game. I don't want all of the other stuff.
