Fight to Live, Live to Fight.

Please make it machinima friendly. You guys are probably going to keep theater, but PLEASE let us lower our weapons over XBL, and don't make it such a hassle like it is in Halo 3 where you have to use both hands, and other body parts to do it.

We have a more or less unanimous standpoint that machinima was a lot more fun in Halo 2, because it was filmed in real time with live actors on the spot. In Halo 3 you turned machinima into a more solo thing.

We want to bring back the fun in machinima, and you guys could definitely do it in this game.

Oh yeah It's Rayzed.

I agree with the lowering aspect.

It would be nice if we got more random items to place on a map.
-Computers for every map.
-Tables. Other oddities you really wouldn't expect to see in space.
-Minimize effect areas. Make it where you can set the radius of an FX.

And other nifty tools. It would be cool if this was 60 FPS too.

Perhaps even include a GTA like movie editor.

i think forge tools like buttons that will automaticly make walls straight and like 45* and 90* rotation buttons. to make more perfect sets for machinimas.

if you want a video rendered but arnt pro, message me :D

I really thing it would be great if you were creating film clip to pause the recording and move to a different angle then start recording again. Or to pause the gameplay and keep recording. (really cool for snipes :)

And the ability to put different clips you have in your film clips together. Would be a super helpful way to create montages, put different scenes together, ect..

The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher regard those who think alike than those who think differently.

How about integrating Natal's motion capture into a "Machinima Mode" so machinima artists have access to full motion capture rather than relying on the canned animations from standard matchmaking?

Lower your weapon? Heck, you could stick it in your ear if they integrated Natal.

But you couldn't turn in a 360 degree motion and you would look silly running in place.

Push forward on left thumbstick.

Do you doubt that there are simple solutions to problems like the ones you point out? Microsoft demonstrated the animation of Live Avatars using Natal in their E3 demo. So it's going to happen in some game eventually. Why not create a Machinima game mode right along side Custom, Theater, Forge, etc?

Perception is everything.

I would love to see some more tools in theater designed specifically for machinima. Oh, btw, speaking of machinima...I have an amazing storyline for a machinima in the works...and I'm going to make sure the episodes are good before release. Not that anyone cares because nobody knows me and they assume Im just another amateur. Trust me though...as I type these words I look like an idiot...but I swore to myself this will succeed...and when I sware to myself something will succeed, it always succeeds.
