Subject: Scarabs?

I know this has probably been raised before, but seriously: what does everyone think about the possibility of fighting scarabs in ODST? Or more importantly, how will we fight them? We certainly won't be jumping off cranes and going Rocky Balboa on the crew's ass, so what?

Oh, one last thing:

Night-time scarab battle

Unlikely in the open-world segment of the game, but entirely possible in one of the flashbacks.

(And I think a night-time scarab fight would be amazing!)

I agree, but how hard would it be to take down a scarab as an ODST.

Very. I believe a Scarab fight would emphasize utilizing your surroundings more than just running and gunning it down.

Clearly, nocturnal self-touching is the root cause of all bad things.

what would be cool is that there is a scarab searching the city of new Mombasa

and just try to avoid it
