Good job, you can't argue with my facts because they are right so you choose to fall back on your ass and simply say "u alrdy sad dat nobz1!!1one!!1".
Well didn't you?

u alrdy sad dat nobz1!!1one!!1

Prove me wrong.

See? You again chose to ignore my post. You know you're pathetic and can't come up with a good reply so you choose to act like a 5 year old and flamebait me, or whatever you want to call that crap.

How about you reply to my post, and I will then prove you wrong.
I ALREADY REPLIED TO ALL YOUR POSTS.

Please tell me what I haven't replied to.

I thought you were smart Slegger.

The post where all you did was show quotes of things I already "said", but I didn't. That one. Or, we can drop this and I can go do something else, which would be good.
DONE. it's in my last post. And i've already said that before btw.

Okay I will give you this. You are very intellegent and make for a good arguement.

I know you already posted for the last time but just read this.

I'm just saying that the Heroic's came out for free a couple months after their release. The Legendaries came out even later and Bungie said they had no plans at the time to release the Legendaries for free. My friend bought them and he spent a lot of the time afterward playing SWAT because it was his favorite gametype and he liked the Legendaries. He got his moneys worth by playing the things that I couldn't for about a year. So what you paid for was basically being able to play the new game types and play around in the maps.

While I was sitting in the MLG playlist because that was my favorite playlist and I thought to myself. Hey if bungie's gonna make all these other playlists for the Legendaries they must be making them available to those who don't already have them. Like they did with the Heroic's. Because I don't know about you but I actually have to plan to save up for a game and don't really have much money to be wasting on DLC.

All I'm saying is patience Is a virtue and good things come to those who wait. And if you had fun with the Legendaries then good you knew the joy of playing them before m. But you can't complain that you're paying for something twice because you didn't get the Mythics. Good for youo now instead of seeing it as paying for something twice look at it as. Hey look I get the Mythics plus the second Mythic map pack AND A game that looks amazing.

Just be thankful for what you have or had because not everyone has the same problems. Alot of people have worse things to worry about other than "paying for something twice". Its just the way you view it that matters.

You say they're making the maps available to the ones that don't have it. Yet you fail to see that they're still paying for it in ODST. It's the same to pay for them in ODST and to pay them via DLC. The people that didn't buy the maps aren't getting a good deal or anything. They're still paying for the maps. You may say, they're forcing those that don't have them to get them with ODST. And you're right, that's what they're doing. I don't think it's good for any company to force their customers to buy things they don't want. You might say "Well these customers DO want the maps!" Well they can buy them via DLC.

You might still say "many don't have Internet to do that." Well if they don't have internet then they are don't feel obliged to buy the maps (since they don't need them for anything BUT (aka legendary only playlists) their own personal needs)And I agree. However theres more bad than right in including the maps in the ODST (if they were free like I said, I wouldn't complain. Hell I want Bungie to give them out free). By including the maps and H3 multiplayer in ODST they're not only making me pay for it twice, but forcing people that don't have them to get them. I think they should just release a cd with the maps in a separate disc like they did in Halo 2.

I thank you for not flaming me like you did in your past post.

Also, about the whole "can't complain because I dont' have mythic". I feel obliged to remind you that I'm getting charged for H3's multiplayer.

Or did I buy H3's multi to play it early too?

How am I hopeless? We're paying twice for the maps: Prove me wrong. (at least try!)

You haven't said anything in this thread except:

"i dun car"
"lawl i pluy odst wen it coms ot"
"u r teh hopless"

Please don't post if you don't have the will power to muster a good thought out argument.

Thanks. =D

Yes and no, regardless it's a poor move on Bungie and Microsoft's part.

It's fact that the largest majority of dedicated Halo players already have all of the map packs so it's really pointless to sell the title on the point of the map bundle. But the game plan is that it could be a very tantalizing new pull for a player who has shied away from Halo.

This is just going to backfire in my opinion because a player that has left the game in the past is simply going to do so again. The game gets old for people and though map packs add longevity to this happening, it is inevitable and they will leave again. Not to mention the new full $60 price point. A $30 expansion has more appeal to everyone, especially the new crowd that this is aimed at.

So basically I think this is just screwing the true dedicated fans and themselves since they make their loyal players pay for the same maps twice, pretty much force Legendary and Mythic maps to stay priced, and try to draw players who are sick of playing Halo 3 multiplayer back into something they dislike.

This is the only game in my entire life that I'm re-buying something that I already have which are all the DLC maps. I find it really dumb that I have to pay $60 for a campaign that I'm gonna beat in a day or so and three new maps with the same multiplayer experience. It's almost the same exact game with just a campaign add on and horde mode. The rest of the online play is the same exact thing. I wish microsoft wasn't so greedy.

Your logic fails also. Bungie said they extended the Campaign and there's enough content in there to warrant the $60 dollar price tag, and to make it a full game.

Besides, it's still a new game and new games will always be $60.

Actually, YOUR lohic fails. So you're saying that every expansionpack should now cost the same price as a normal game. That would be a terrible idea. An expansion pack, no matter how much it has in it, should NEVER cost as much nor the same as the original game.
Not Expansion Packs!

Is that what you want? I bet it is. A campain isn't going to keep me playing. Especially not a short one. So stop using "but they added a new campain" on me. It's not going to work.

I seriously lol'd at how stupid you sounded. Anyway...

Are you -blam!- blind? I said they put enough content in it for it to warrant the $60 price tag and to make it a full game. It has:

A new Campaign
A new Co-op mode, Firefight
Halo: Reach Beta
All the maps ever made on Halo 3
3 new maps
Halo 3's Multiplayer and Forge.

That's more than Gears of War 2 had. That's more than Halo 3 had. That's more than Call of Duty: WaW had. That's more than most games now-a-days have. So don't you dare say it's just an expansion, you arrogant little child.

Who said I want any game to be $60? If I could lower the price, I probably would. But I can't, can I? No. Stop assuming things and being a moron.

It has more than a Campaign, dumbass. Read the list above.

Did everyone go retarded when I went to eat dinner? Honestly.

Slegger we've gone over this. You as well as I know why the game didn't "grow".

Bungie said that they think the game grew. How exactly? Did ODST become a "real boy"? I doubt it. They said it grew because they added H3's multi and Maps. Without them, they wouldn't have said "it grew".

And this is why the game didn't grow:

When Bungie, the creators, said that ODST was worth 30-35, they were finished with campaign completely. Why else would they estimate a price? If it weren't finished they wouldn't have estimated a price to begin with, it wouldn't be fair, would it? Now you may say that the the value rose because they added Firefight. Not exactly. They estimated the price after Christmas. According to their latest podcast, They were playing firefight on Christmas. That means that when they estimated a price for their game, they were already finished with Firefight also. So they thought that Campaign and Firefight are worth 30-35 together. That means that they're not worth $60 (without maps and H3 multiplayer).

AKA The only way the game grew was by adding h3's multi and maps. WHICH WE ALREADY PAID FOR. which goes back to the question.

Are we or are we not buying the maps and H3' multi again in ODST?

It is clear that it's not worth it without the maps and H3 right?

Then again, many probably changed their minds. I think you should make another poll.

I hope you're right man. I wish Bungie would just give out a Vidoc on it or like a length on the campaign.

That would rock.

The 2nd Disc in ODST is un-needed, they could have just bundled the extra maps as a code rather than disc based to make sure people buy this twice.

But the question is:

"Are we paying twice for something in ODST? Why or why not?"

It's not:

"Do you care if we're paying twice? Why or why not?"

You need to follow directions.
