I'm not sure if has to do more with Halo 3 or Halo 3 ODST but on Orbital some of the screens match the ones on the first level so i think that Orbital is also a ODST drop station too. Tell me what you think.

In the 500+ years in the future that the Halo series and ODST take place, space travel and space colonization has become routine. I believe Orbital is supposed to be just a supply depot for taking material into space via the Space Elevator.

As far as we know, ODST drop pods are only dropped from UNSC ships, not tethered space stations.

This post made no sense at all.

And Orbital is over Ecuador. Which is on the other side of the planet from New Mombassa. Plus, stationary space elevators do not drop ODSTs. They are meant as a quick way to transport suppllies and people into space.
