The one thing I wish they would completely remove is auto aim in Halo. Yeah, with out auto aim the game would play right and I wouldn't have to worry about I'm shooting the SMG at some one and then some one eels wakes right in front of my cross arrows and it ends up following them instead of the person I'm shooting at or I have a Sniper and I'm using it from far away and as long as the cross arrow is red it kind of follows them a little bit. But don't get me wrong Bungie has decrease the auto aim sense the first Halo game but in the next one I would like to see it gone. But what do you think they should do?

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

Have you ever tried turning off player indicators, and having a battle where everyone is on the same team? It's harder than I expected it to be. You don't even know you miss the auto-aim until its not there.

PEANUT-BUTTER SLAP!

Are you kidding? Go into a custom game with your friends, make sure you're all on the same team, then try to kill each other. It's really hard.

I don't want it, the thing has actually jepordized my life more than saved it. The thing auto aims on the person that's not much of a threat than aiming on the person who's about to kill me if I don't kill him first.

There are two things on this forum that piss me off;
Idiots and group invites.
What's even worse, is that I can never seem to get away from either of them ¬_¬

And it never occured to you guys that Bungie could make an OPTION to turn it off. So those who prefer it keep and those who don't, don't. Is it me or is everybody here so narrow minded?

Yes that is true, it is harder then most people would think it is but there is more skill involved to kill someone as well. : )

Every time you sneeze into an open Febreze portal the boner-tree drive shaft will spin into ketchup. But it doesn't stop at the number two pizza bell, not even close. It continues into the seventy eight minute long pile of green, sobbing cheese trains with no more butter, but more like the steak owed the tin cans some lovin'.

Unless it's a PC game being controlled by a mouse, auto aim is a must. A thumb stick just isn't accurate enough not to have it. It can always be made weaker than the current auto aim, though.

Lol, that never occured to me, and I'm usually the one who welcomes the option to do stuff, rather than forcefully have something on. Good point dude.

That wasn't the question, so no.

Auto aim is basically required for a FPS to become popular. Computer games are fine without it due to the fact that they have a mouse, but controllers are far less accurate.

Please do not send me group invites. If I were interested in your group, I would have already found it.

TF2 works fine on 360 without auto-aim. I don't see why a Halo game couldn't.
