Do you get to keep the 5 free minutes of rendering time each month?
Also, if I was to render a video that exceed the 5 minutes, what would happen to the rest of the time?

I have the receipt for having purchased Bungie Pro and yet it doesn't say that I am even a member online. I downloaded it through my Xbox and it doesn't even say that I downloaded it on my downloadable history. I would be glad to purchase more render minutes to use the service but it won't even let me do that since I don't have an account.

The Microsoft employee referred me to here. He thought you guys could help me. I would really appreciate the help. I purchased Bungie Pro on March 8, 2011 I believe. I have gone without it for over 4 months and would appreciate some help in rendering videos. Thank you very much.

I'm having a problem. My Bungie Pro subscription expired. I didn't renew since your company stated that once the switch over happens that it will basically be useless.

However I have about 90 render minutes that I purchased through Amazon. I try to render films now, but I can't b/c my subscription is expired.

What are my options?

Do I have to renew my bungie subcription thats basically only gonna be usefull for abt a month, to use minutes I already paid for?

If I do renew are my minutes gonna be mysteriously absent?

Is their anyway to use minutes I already paid for without having to spend more money (hooray capatalism)?

I've rendered 1 clip so far, one in SD, then decided to render it in HD. So I have two rendered films of the same clip. Not my issue.

The SD version plays back just fine - played it using Bungie's player and WMP.

The HD render is a different story. I first played it back with Bungie's player, then downloaded it so I could watch it in HD on my WMP. The audio's fine, but the video portion is missing several frames. The length is exactly as it should be, again, audio is no problem - this is the problem:

Frames Skipped: 58
Frame Rate: 30fps
Actual Rate: 4.2fps

EDIT, just wanted to add this info, don't know if it's helpful: Max Bandwidth/Max & Selected Bit rate: 8096kbps
Packets:
-Received: 3077
-Recovered: 0
-Lost: 0

It only shows 4-5 frames of the entire 21s clip. (WMP 11, btw....)

Here's the clip in question: Grunt Made Me LOL HD

It plays fine when viewing it in Bungies' player because bungie's player plays it back in SD.

*wanted to add my downstream is 10 MBPS, averages 9.5, so that's not the problem.

Also, whether rendering in SD or HD the results for both are darker videos, for some reason. Why is that? Is there something I can do on my end to improve that, or is that a byproduct of the rendering process that Bungie can fix?

I re-rendered the video and the audio sounds synchronized now. Please let me know if you see any other issues.

Unfortunately, you have to purchase a new Bungie Pro subscription to use your minutes, but you will be able to keep rendering videos for the next year. Your Pro subscription won't be invalid after Microsoft takes control of Reach.

So does that mean Pro purchased before the 7th is valid until it's due expiring date?

Is 343 doing some new kind of Pro for Halo Reach?

Renders are a bit slow today due to the extra load from the Steaktacular event. We are putting more of our servers on rendering, so it should speed up. Sorry for the delays!

This file stopped playing, now it just gives me a count of red numbers counting from 1 to 4 and I cannot download the file. Whats wrong?

Still not working right for me. I've been trying some WMP 11 troubleshooting ideas -thinking it might be my player, but to no avail. I don't know....it's probably on my end but not sure what exactly it is. :/

Seems that any recent renders I and apparently others have made are giving an error message on attempted playback.

Shouldn't be the browser because that's what I'm using and I can still play older files and some of the ones that have broken worked until today, but now they don't for some reason.

Greetings Bungie Pro staff,
I have encountered a recent error when trying to render 2 videos. They both have the same issues. When trying to play either of the videos it counts to 4 in red text and states "Could not open media file 'file name' [/br] 3000 An error has occured."

When I tried to download the videos, which is what I am more worried about, an http error 404 not found occured.
Here are the 2 files(names are similar):
Number 1
Number 2

Notes and ideas on how this happened: I quickly took the files I wanted that were stored locally and uploaded it to my file share, and also took a few screen-shots. I was in a rush to make a video for my new map, so I instantly went to my computer and rendered both of the videos previously linked, I would have rendered one more but simply didn't have enough monthly minutes. And after finished rendering I had tried downloading instantly.
So, from what I know... I would say it was because I was too quick and interrupted the render?

That's all, sorry for such a lengthy post.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey, mind checking out these. Just got Bungie pro, and both rendered films have the 3000 error. Also the first one has like 7 sec's at the end of the video of nothing. "Some how i downloaded it before it error "ed"
