We think it might be your browser cache. Could you clear your cache and try again? That fixed the one error I was able to find.

Hi, this video still hasn't rendered. It's only 20 seconds, i thought it would have been done by now. I have successfully rendered 2 videos since but this one still isn't done :/

I dont know how this has happened, but I cant sign out!! I click 'sign out' in the top right corner and the page refreshes. I dont know whats going on here, please do your best to fix it.

The Bungie Pro rendering system has been down intermittently over the past two days due to issues with the Reach transition; renders should catch up later today. Please let us know if you see any other issues!

I'm just at a loss for where else to post this...I've even searched Google to try to find anything else related to my problem. I also have a "bug" email pending review. But who knows how long that will take to get a reply...

I have an unusual problem (unusual to me, anyway), and I could really use some assistance. Nearly two days ago, I purchased render minutes through Amazon. Fine. I know I am supposed to wait 24 hours for them to post to my account, but it's been well over that. And usually they take no longer than 10 minutes to become available. Well, they still aren't. But I've paid for them, received my Amazon purchase confirmation email, and even purchased an additional five minutes, to see if it was just that one order that was bugged, or if it is a larger issue. My credit card is good. My Bungie Pro account doesn't expire until October. Yet, my minutes WILL NOT POST. Their status is "Unfulfilled." I don't even know what that means! Can someone please help me figure out what the problem is?

Hey dude, exact same thing happened to me! That's why came here, and I'm glad you beat me to it so I don't have to make a long post. But ya, the thing says my Payment Status is Complete but the Status is Unfullfilled. WTH?

Hey, I bet you it's the transition between 343 and Bungie.... Or that it's a new problem and they aren't fixing it cuz it's the weekend... Either way, this was the last time I was going to use Bungie Pro before buying and HD PVR, but now I'll have to wait on this...

Okay, now I'm sure that this whole thing is not just some bizarre fluke. But I wonder how many other people have the same issue? It can't just be the three of us...that wouldn't make sense. Maybe no one else posted about it, because it won't be fixed or addressed until Monday. *shrug*

Yep, I'm having exactly the same problem that you guys are having. The payment reads 'completed', yet the status remains unfulfilled.

Just out of curiosity, if the Bungie Pro section on the right hand side of my profile page dissappears, does that mean Bungie Pro has expired?

Or is it some sort of bug?

Lol. Yeah. There's a downside to their "tong and cheek", playful business persona. When I am a bungie customer who is experiencing major limitations with one of their services (i.e. I have had no access to a product which I paid for, four days ago), that kind of sarcasm rubs me the wrong way. I'd certainly prefer they stopped eating pizza and playing xbox, and GIVE ME MY MINUTES!

I can understand your troubles friend. I too am having the exact same problem and it's getting rather annoying. I wanted to put together a quick video yesterday but because of Bungie i've been unable to. I hope they get it fixed soon.

Oh for crying out loud - DO I have to repeat my question again??? I can't SIGN OUT.
