Simple question, do you want a playlist for every gametype in Halo:Reach?
This would give players a lot more variety and make Halo last longer and make it more fun for all of us.
Each one could have a Ranked section and a Social section.

Ugh...

First on a BWU.. yeah, I'm cool.

More playlist means less players in each playlist. So if there was only like, 300 people in each playlist, things would not be fun. So gametypes are put into playlists, to make things more variable.

There would only be like 300 people in Juggernaut or Oddball.
The rest would have around at least 20,000 people.
Probably 40,000 in Infection.

But where is the variety?

Nyan nyan, nyan nyan, ni hao nyan! Gorgeous, delicious, deculture!

I don't think that they should make a different playlist for each gametype, as it will cause a massive lapse in the amount of players in each playlist.

For example, several thousand would be playing Team Slayer, resulting in fast search times for that particular playlist, but only a few hundred would choose to play Juggernaut, resulting in agonizingly slow search times.

I remember you. Didn't I play CTF Chimera with you in the Bungie Day playlist? If memory serves, you kept trying to betray me for the flag even though we were still within enemy lines and delayed our victory for a few minutes =)

Simply put, although Halo has a huge population of people, playlists really need a couple thousand people to survive, and by making specialized playlists for only one gametype, say, a juggernaut playlist, you garuntee that the less popular ones will die, so its kinda pointless in doing it in the first place.
