Fall damage
Health bars (not health packs, for anyone who can't read)

REMOVE
Dual wielding
Melee lunge
Heavy reticle stickiness (ever try to shoot a fusion coil if someone is standing right infront of it?)

1.Take away the BR; we have had it for two games, we need a new weapon.
2. Take away equipment unless it can be used without slowing down gameplay.
3. Health bars.
4. Awesome campaign (a campaign that is as good, but preferably better than, Halo: CE).
5. Halo: CE melee.
6. More armor.
7. More vehicles
8. More new maps and less remakes.
9. Give each weapon special attributes (like the Halo: CE plasma rifle had "plasma freeze")
10.More weapons.
11. Better AI for both enemies and allies.
12. Battle scarring system.
I'll add more if I can think of anything else.

Campaign
- Longer, improved story.
- Heavily improved AI.
- All the guns and vehicles from the books and previous games.
- Minor destructable environments, such as the edges of buildings falling apart, but keeping the main part of the structure standing.
- Minor gore, such as visible bullet and plasma wounds.
- Better missions, such as defending a Pelican while it picks up marines using the back turret to defend it against Banshees.
- Less soundtrack in-game, more ambient sounds.
- Ability to hear distant enemy activity.
- Ability to control your marine's driving using the left thumbstick when you're in the passenger/gunner seat.

Matchmaking:
- Veto option BEFORE map loads.
- More variety in playlists, example Slayer SWAT and Objective SWAT playlists.
- Local search option.
- Behind the scenes TrueSkill, military ranks EXP based. (TrueSkill still shows in ranked)
- Individual veto option for gametype and map.

Custom Games:
- All weapons available for starting weapon.
- Infection gametype actually allows you to play as a Flood infected character, even if it is just looks.
- All the guns and vehicles from the books and previous games.
- Bots.
- Just more options in general.

Forge:
- 45 degree angle snap.
- Delete all button.
- All objects available from all maps.
- Ability to select colour and style of objects when you can, for example some of the boxes spawn as different colours.
- Undo button.

Armour:
- Honour Guard.
- Councillor.
- All armour from Halo 3.
- Full Suit Mark V.
- Full Suit Rogue.
- Full Suit ODST.
- Full Suit Security.
- Mark IV. (Grey Team, Cole Protocol book cover)
- Arbiter. (Disable colour changing for this permutation)
- Woodland Camo Colour.
- Desert Camo Colour.
- Jungle Camo Colour.
- Snow Camo Colour.
- Urban Camo Colour.
- Black (Spec Ops).

Less auto aim

No Melee lunge

Better weapon balance
