why is called Halo 3 ODSTt if you do not have to do with the characters in the Halo 3 "Spartan, and captains, sergeants etc

Because it uses the halo 3 game engine, and Bungie are making sure people realise that rather than sell it of as an entirely new game, unlike some developers.

Spartans are from Venus and Elites are from Uranus

Yeah, that and it comes with the Halo 3 multiplayer. So it's practically half the content is from halo 3.

Because it is related to the story. It's a campaign expansion of Halo 3. It's packaged with the Halo 3 multiplayer. See what I'm getting at?

Techinically the campaign is tied in with Halo 2 so maybe Halo 2 ODST is more appropriate.
