Subject: Extra Extra!: Spam Attack in the Near Future! Halo 2 is to blame!

Hey toast, your sig somehow lags up my computer- and I have a fairly fast one. Could you consider changing some of those characters that you have at the bottom of it? It would help when I'm scrolling down threads you've responded to.

Seriusly, if you don't have H2 on November 9th you are either:

A. One of the suckers that bought the Deluxe Edition.
B. Live in the UK (feal for ya guys...)
C. One poor idiot..
D. T-wizzy (some people know him as the biggest n00b ever)

Or, you are like me and play Halo on the PC and must wait for the computer version of Halo 2. :( If I'm not busy with marching band on Nov. 9, I'll probably spen some time of the forums looking for trolls and spammers. Not that I could actually do anything against them.

P.S. I have seen the some of the British Royal Guards move when I was in London a few years back.

P.P.S. I've been gone for a month working at Camp Geronimo (Boy Scout camp in Arizona) and it is great to be back to a cable internet connection.

If we had enough mods (we don't) I would suggest that one mod cover the Flood at all times, as its troll heavon right now... especially davestar... He lags my computer by double-quadrupale posting 10,000 character posts.

As I see it, it just seems like it would be no different from any other day a spammer came on the forums. We'd have to wait at least 30 minutes (assuming no moderators are present) to see anything happen. In which case, I'm sure most Bungie employees will also be scanning the forums from time to time to make sure nothing extremely wrong is happening i.e. a huge flux in membership and posts might crash the system, etc.

So, I'm not overly worried although it would be cool if the mods had blocking powers.

I think he means that's how long it would take for a flame war to start.

I was in a flame war once, stopped after 3 minutes, I saw how stupid and retarded it was.
The other guy went on for a month saying "I owned him big time, he got's uber pwned like a baseball bat"...

Still today I wonder what that means..
