Halo 3: ODST's screenshot saves, just like with Halo 3 now. You'll be able to share them on BNet and amongst friends the same way too, I believe.

I'm going to assume it has the same method of saving pictures as Halo 3. You'll be able to access them from the screenshot tab at the Start Menu, and can access them as well on Bungie.net.
Edit: As for the FireShare, I have no idea.

Probably not. It is a new game and I'm sure it will have it's own file sharing system. But most likely it would be separate from Halo 3 to make things less confusing. I'm sure Bungie will incorperate a new File Share for Halo 3: ODST.
