This is just speculation and not founded on any information at all.

I reckon there will be an updated forge UI and control set with the version shipped on ODST disc 2.

Fingers crossed anyway.....

I'll hold the rope..... and the camera. 'Cause I'm a multitasker like that.

As agile as a cougar on a young man.

Ok, if you say so boss!

Wildcard Machinima!

I'm pretty sure there won't be, but a lot of people want one though and it would be cool.

I just mean a update to iron out all the bugs and glitches we currently suffer with in forge.

Snap to grid/object would be nice to

sig goes where?

I don't see why the couldn't do an upgraded to it, as long as the exported map file was still compatible with Halo 3, and party members in regular forge can still move around while you making the map.

I'm pretty sure they won't. With a Forge update, you're kind of asking for a little much. Halo 3's Forge is fine the way it is, and I wouldn't expect that you would ever be able to change landscapes and enviroments, at least not until Halo: Reach (if that will even have a Forge).

Been a long time Halo/Bungie fan, and always will be.

Yeah I hope they do.....because imagine if your not a Spartan than that would mean that there would be different kinds of things to put out...like alot of Health Packs or the sweet new SMG with a Silencer...

It isn't. Don't expect it, as you'll be severely disappointed once ODST comes out.

Why don't people understand love

No there won't be, there is no change at all in the multiplayer. And forge is technically multiplayer.

there is a very popular thread Called "Would you pay 800 Microsoft points for this forge update"

the points in it look awesome, and it would be good if they could integrate it in ODST. i think it's on the halo 3 forum.

I'm pretty sure it's just the Halo 3 Multiplayer Experience on disc 2.

It would be very nice for an update but its gonna take alot of time to update forge since it is very complicated code wise so if there was an update it would have to be done over a good amount of time.

No because then Forge would not be compatible for everyone. If they were to do a Forge update then they would have to make it free on XBL for gold members and charge it for silver members.
