Theres no screws, nothing and i was planning on cutting some designs in my xbox and adding some lights ;), This was the only way i believe i could get a quick answer because this is the most visited section of these forums...sry for being off topic.

take the pads off of the bottom and there is a screw under one of the stickers

is there a way to remove the pads with removing them permantly, or without having to glue em back or or something?

you have to take them all the way off...

SkinSane.com has some wicked skins so you dont have to mod it.

im gonna cut out some designs and put some lights under the lid to make it glow ;). I dont need another skin.

See those four little soft round things on the bottom? Take em' off, the screws are hidden under those and under the yellow sticker.
