Subject: halo reach forge?

ok, there is a topic like this on the mlg forums. basically, if halo reach is going to be the successor to halo 3 as many think it is, then bungie will most likely put in a forge feature. however they would most likely make changes as a new game would run on a new system, and bungie would have the opportunity to fix their mistakes. in this forum lets discuss changes to forge that would be good for halo reach if halo reach becomes an fps like halo.

btw, my bad for posting this in the h3 forum first

I am of an open mind and I am willing to hear criticism. Also: That's stupid and you're stupid.

All Reach needs, IMO, is a Terrain Editor(from grass to molten rock), Water Editor(small puddles to dangerous oceans), Weather Editor(a clear day to an ominous Flood flesh), Day/Night Editor(dusk to dawn).

EDIT: Forge is already very good, but with newer map editors like Far Cry 2, Halo is going to need to upgrade.

Instead of a map like Sandbox, there should be three individual maps for the sky, crypt, and open level. These maps should include terrain choices and time of day choices as well. Weather would make the game too laggy. Keep weather out of multiplayer. Period.
