No squads! If the squad leader is a retard he can just kick people he doesn't like or are doing bad.


See this is why we discuss ideas to find any problems. Ok I see your point, but what if there is instead by default 3 squadleaders on a team. Then the squadleaders all have to press (y) on a player to kick them off the team and bring them back on the team. The game would make it so 2 friends can't be squadleaders for the same squad. If all squadleaders quit then by default that team won't have any squadleaders.

Campaign. It seems the more the developers work on multiplayer the worse it gets. Gears of War one had a great multiplayer that was literally started after the single player was 100% done and tested. When the developers spend to much time on multiplayer they forget their original goal and the multiplayer becomes a mess. Gears of War 2 is a good example of that, although its still a pretty good game.

Whatever it is, I hope to G~d that we don't have classes. Halo is Halo because everyone starts with the same weapons and has to find better weapons as they go, it makes the game more interesting and if Halo became class based most people would say they just sold out and wanted to be like Modern Warfare or something. Look what is happening with Firefight for ODST, even though it is A LOT different than Horde in Gears 2 people are already saying Bungie sold out and are copying Gears. Bungie needs to stay original.

Im not talking about a COD class system. If you read it then you will know it's nothing even realy like a class system. All it would realy do is make elites stronger and spartans faster.


You choose your model the same way you choose spartan or elite in Halo 3. You change your stats between the given ranges for Speed, Sprint Speed, Meele Strength, Jump Height, and Health by adding weight to your character in the appearance customization option. Your weight then affects the previously listed traits, but only between the given ranges for each model. In customgames you can toggle on/off whether everyone will have the stats they gave their models. I don't realy care about sprinting it was just a option I threw in so if you don't like it I don't care. This is just a example so Bungie would fix any problems and balance the traits of each model.

Starting Weapons: Assault Rife, Magnum, 1 Frag Grenade
Max Carrying Capacity: 2 weapons, 2 grenades, 1 equipment
Min-Max Weight: 500-550 lbs
Min-Max Speed: 120-145%

For all weapons when not dual wielding weapons have more recoil than in Halo 3. When weapons are dual wielded max spread is increased by 1 inch and bullet magnetism is reduced. Max spread is by how much each shot goes off course at max range. Lethality is based on Elites' health plus shield strength.

No I understood what you were talking about. I just feel that a class system wouldn't be balanced obviously and Bungie works day and night on their video games to make them balanced. Don't get me wrong I think it would be cool to one day see a class based Halo game I just doubt it will ever be made by Bungie. If it ever existed it would probably be made by a third party development company like Ensemble did with Halo Wars.

Also in pretty much all Halo lore out there Elites and Spartans are almost identical in combat. An example of this is when the Master Chief fights his first Elite on board the station at the end of Halo: Fall of Reach. John even states that their strength is pretty much identical. Spartans just happen to be smarter and better trained than most Elites.

Also if there is a way that Elites are one team and Spartans are another with certain weapons and traits than it will most likely be a gametype mode. That is the only way I see it getting into Halo:Reach

Ok I see what you mean. I know spartans and elites are equal, but Im not going by facts just trying to come up with a idea for interesting gameplay.

If the Campaign is being adjusted, it needs more open fights like from Assault on the Control Room where you fight the Wraith.
