Wow. That was well thought out.
You are right however, apart from a few, fatel flaws. First, H3:ODST takes place at the same time as Halo 2, not right after Halo 3. Second, ODSTs are definatly not Spartan Is, they normal humans who have trained to be an ODST. The Orion project only involved a few people and didn't last long. Only a few Spartan Is remain, one of them being Sgt Johnson, although it is unclear as to whether this is true or not.
Anyway, even if you had been right and constructed the facts while paying attention to spelling and grammar, you are telling us facts we already know. You have, essentially, failed at making a fail thread. I'd sort yourself out before posting again.
Johnson is purely speculation, and although I understand it was overseen by Bungie, I do NOT consider I Love Bees (the source for Spartan I information) to be Canon, as I disagree with the existence of Spartan Is (or even MORE the Spartan I.Is). I believe the Spartan IIs were modeled after the Spartans of Sparta, Greece, and introducing "Spartan Is" was a very stupid idea for the Halo Universe.Johnson was called s Spartan-I in the Halo Graphic Novel, on a page illustrated/written by Rob McLees, the overlord of the Halo Story Bible. The Spartan-Is were mentioned in Halo: The Flood as being part of Project ORION in the 2490s, about 20 years before the Spartan-II program began.
