Skills is when luck becomes permanent

I've been looking at norwegian gamers pages in order for me to preorder Halo 3 ODST and look if I could get the awsome controller aswell.

And in one of those pages, I found you could pre-order Halo: Reach

http://www.gamezone.no/aspx/produkt/prdinfovnet.aspx?plid=365 51

What I noticed right away is that on the picture of the game, the "Only on Xbox" isn't where it uses to be.
So it got me thinking if this is just a "not finished cover" or will Halo: Reach come to PS3 and Nintendo aswell!?

and how!

No.

Signatures are for squares.

Halo will NEVER, EVER, go to any other console. Microsoft owns the rights to the "Halo" name, and they won't let it go to another console. That'd be like having a mario game on Xbox.

Remember,
It is easy to be male
it is another thing to be a man.

It is impossible that any halo game will become multiplatform.

Dont misunderstand me, I'd hate seeing Halo getting played on PS3...
But I just founf it weird that there werent any "Only on Xbox" mark there.

And for the marion on xbox.

Remember sonic and Banjoo Kazooi?
They were on sega, now on xbox.

And yeah, sega sold it and I DOUBD MS will sell away Halo, but still

Banjo Kazooie was N64 but then Microsoft made Rare their Biatch.

Sega is cross platform now because their last console the Dreamcast could not compete with other consoles at the time (it was still awesome though) and therefore they took a backseat and became a third party developer/publisher.

Eighter way, I hope that the cover ain't done, or that it's just a mistake...

Remember,

I don't think that the box cover would be finished over a year before the game comes out.
They have just taken the only picture available of Reach and stuck it on a case.

That's not the box art. There's pretty much only one picture for Reach released, so like every other site, they make their own box art to fill the void until the official one is released.

Clever...
I didn't think of that.

Thanks for the explanations.
I started to get worried.

Imagining Halo on a wii, trying to ninja people by swinging your arms like a crazy...

Microsoft already owns the title to halo,
therefore
the only way bungie were to put it on another halo on another system is if it were named something different

Why don't people understand love
:CCCCCCCCCCC

*Uber facepalm*

We know NOTHING about reach, so that boxart is just fan made the chances are it won't even look like that. But no Halo will most likely NEVER get to any platform besides XBox and of course the later PC release.

  • 07.14.2009 6:31 AM PDT

It also says Microsoft Game Studios on it, Microsoft making games for anything other than Xbox...nah.

Why even think that? The other Halos arent on other consoles. Halo is a microsoft cash cow. They would try to buy the rights for Halo before bungie would move to other consoles.

The Only Constant is Change.

That image could have easily been manipulated. Its not brain surgery to add or remove the logo from the box.

The Only Constant is Change.

Also, the only other appearance that Halo will make besides on the Xbox/Xbox 360 will be for the PC. I think Halo for the MAC was an exception.

X-box 360 Always........

Te only other platform any Halo game would ever go is the PC. Most likely it's just box art and they forgot to put it on there, but there is the possibility of it being for PC :b
