I was wondering this because I have made some pretty good and popular maps on Halo 3 and if the multiplayer is the same, then I would like to have those maps.

The second disc is Halo 3, everything will be the same just no campaign it's all in your hard drive.

The fight has been complete.... now get the cookies!

While we certainly share your enthusiasm for the return, we here at the Bungie.net community are mostly made up of snarky asses and jerks who will ridicule you for making a thread about something revealed months ago. We regret that your innocent intentions will almost certainly be replied with anger and sarcasm, and politely invite you to don your Flame-suit, because you just did the internet equivalent of jumping up the Construct lifts.

It's a cd not a new harddrive.

Your ODST case comes with two discs ok.Well one disc contains your Halo:ODST Campaign and Firefight. The second disc is Halo3.It contains all the Halo3 maps, forge, matchmaking, and theatre. So you can play campaign on one disc and when you feel like playing matchmaking then you trade discs and you can go right ahead and fire up Halo3.

I was wondering the same thing the other day, but all these people are right. My only hope for ODST is that it raises the map limit, because that in my opinion, is the only flaw with Halo 3.
