Well, I do track, and the adrenaline rush is addictive. It starts the morning of the meet, and it sucks until I get in my blocks.
When the dude says set, my fear disapears and my eyes narrow: I turn badass.
The adrenaline pumps- which is a great feeling.
In fact, after running 5 races, and then immediately having to run a 400 (in under 53 seconds to at least place) adrenaline is all I have.
Has anyone run a 400 before? If you haven't, try and feel absolute misery.
Every single muscle of your body screams for you to stop, and yet you have to run another 8th of a mile...
You can barely move your arms even...
If you think I'm just whining- go out to a track and run a 400. And try to run it in 51.6 seconds.
And since I have asthma, I stagger off the track and collapse on the grass.
Did I mention that since I have adrenaline pumping through me so much and so hard that I'm forecasted to get a stomach tumor during college?
(Adrenaline and stress releases more HCL into your stomach)
Pa sha. After running a hundred meter(it is not much) I get in first place. Then I have to run a 60 meter, 1st also. Then I have to do long jump, then I have to do triple jump. Then they think they can squeeze a 200 meter race out of me. Strangely I got 2nd in that. Track 'n Field, gotta hate it. These were all in a row too.
