Subject: Do you think the katana should be used in halo reach?

i woke a bit ago and my son was playing halo 3 he was on forge i saw at the bottom of the screen was a charge for 35 dollars is that real or not did he charge 35 bucks or is that justfor the in game

-NO RECUITMENT MESSAGES PLEASE

The katana didn't belong in Halo 3, and nothing would make me happier than never seeing it again.

I think that if you have a katana from Halo 3 and the requirements for the new katana in Reach, you should have dual katanas as a body piece...?

"The Rescue of Pops Ghostly" veteran.

My personal opinion is that the katana is an irrelevant, purely aesthetic "handshake" between Bungie and Team Ninja for the Spartan in DOA. Period. There isn't (that I'm aware of) one reference of a katana in the Halo Universe, leave it that way. If you do feel the need to push for another melee weapon, why not use something that makes sense?

Bungie teased us almost 10 years ago now with a screenshot of the Chief wielding a machete. I know the whole "machete sucks vs armor/technology" debate. But honestly, who would have thought a hammer would've worked against Spartans & Covies before they tech'd it out?

IMO, the machete has it's place in the Universe. The katana....not so much.

Why don't people understand love
:CCCCCCCCCCC

Why are people talking about using a katana as a weapon? I assume you are talking about the armour piece. I think NO because it doesn't suit Halo. Pfff Katana?

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"
