HL2 is gonna blow for xbox, and so is Doom3, xbox dosent have the processor nor does it have the video card capabilities to play it like a PC could
Wrong.
Console developers have the ability to maximize a game specifically for it's designated console; a luxury PC developers lack. Because there are so many setups for PCs the developing team must make a game that will run well on any variety of systems, from low-end to high-end. With a console, the setup does not vary and the developers get the chance to pull every inch of power out of the given console ensuring the game will run exceptionally well. Because a console's specs are constant, it allows the game to be created solely with that setup in mind.
Granted Doom 3 will not look as good on an Xbox as it will on a top of the line computer, but to say it will "blow" is simply ignorant. IGN has quoted the Doom 3 team as saying that the game on each platform will look almost identical - While I don't have the link, do to sheer laziness, simply go to www.ign.com and type in Doom 3, it's in there somewhere.
The same goes for Half-Life 2, which will be making its way to the Xbox console.
In response to the original prompt: I'll continue to go about my regular business, pretending Halo 2 doesn't and never will exist.
