As you may have seen in games such as Call of Duty 4, World at War and Battlefield: Bad Company / 1943. When you create a party in Multiplayer you are put in to squad together; I see this as a useful feature as you can help plan your attacks and know your team-mates current location. I would love to see this implemented into Halo: Reach as I believe it would improve overall tactics and Co-operation in matchmaking (especially for clans).

Now with this said in mind there are some Pros. and Cons. which may either improve or diminish overall gameplay.

Pros.
- Improve Team co-operation and tactics
- With most people now using XBL Party chat it wouldn't fully effect social interaction (but may interfere in certain cases)
- Would be useful in MLG, Objective and Team based Games

Cons.
- Squad may diminish Social interaction

These would of course be only my opinion, so What are your thoughts?... What would you add?

I don't see the point. We can already talk to each other to plan attacks. Why do we need to separate into groups?

Of course yes, but this method would be quicker to know your team-mates current location as they're names would most likely be coloured, this would be easier for re-grouping etc. Service Tags however are useful enough but there are many times where you bump into another person with the same service tag
