ODST and MW2 are $60 US. One has 3 new maps while the other will have a completley new multiplayer component, and arguably a longer single player. Last word I saw MW2 will also have fully fleshed out co-op chapters rivaling the length of the single player, DWARFING ODST.
I didn't mention Firefight for lack of matchmaking.
Your a complete idiot. ODST has three new maps for the HALO 3 disc, and an entirely new multiplayer called firefight. So MW2 and ODST are even right now.
No-one knows how long either campaign will be so don't make stupid assumptions. Both games still even.
Both hve Co-op, ODST supports 4 players, MW2 supports 2 players. But MW2 co-op plays differently than the single player. (ODST gets one point for supporting more players, but MW2 get 1 point for using a different approach towards Co-op. Both games are still even.)
Okay both games are even, ODST has rivaled MW2's features, now lets see how MW2 rivals ODST'S...
ODST has a free roaming aspect to it, and linear levels. (+2)
MW2 has just linear levels. (+1)
ODST has taken a new approach to the HALO series (+1)
MW2 had done jack -blam!-. Infact due to this reason MW2 is actually more of an expansion then ODST.
ODST is £40.(+1)
MW2 is £55!
Lets add up the scores shall we...
ODST=6 points
mw2=4 points
u really think an expansion is the same as a full game. u sir r an idiot. im sorry but really MW2 is a new game that has NEW multiplayer MODES with an S not just a mode like ODST has. ur scoring is so one sided its ridiculouse. hell i have only played modern warfare once and im sopporting its sequil cause its a FULL GAME.
and yes ODST is way too over priced for a expansion. it should only cost 45 bucks at the most.Okay? Can you actually spell, write or even read? ODST is a full game, it originally started of as an expansion for £30, but further on in development, they realised how that ODST was slowly becoming a full retail game, and no longer an expansion. And if you have watched MW2 gameplay footage, you will see that not much has changed from the first game. But don't get me wrong, MW2 is going to be a brilliant game just like the first one, but honestly it doesn't look that different, and it looks like more of an expansion than ODST once was, And even a full retail game doesn't warrant a price tag of £55!
