The jerk store called; their all outa you

how will the campaign be set up? when you beat it and go back to the campaign menu, how will you choose a level? will only the flashbacks be choosable levels? or are there certain segments in the rookies story that are split up for levels as well?

They've played Firefight. Not campaign. So, I will tell you on Sept. 22

I would assume that the "nighttime New Mombassa" area is one level, then all of the flashbacks are separate levels, then whatever the endgame turns out to be, that'll be it's own level or levels.

I'm interested to see what the level select screen looks like, since this game is much more free-form in the order you play the levels. Maybe some sort of branching system?

Yeah, im curious to see how the night time New mobassa level(s) will be like, they could make one for each between flashbacks

Let me set you straight.
1st mission: Night time New Mombassa
2nd Mission: Whichever flashback you do first
and so on.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
And the Science gets done.
And you make a neat gun.
For the people who are still alive.

How are we ment to know?

I bet theres is at least one flashback!

The campaign will be set up in a nonlinear fashion. That means that you are able to finish the game in whatever order you chose. To access a different mission, you will need to find a different clue. One example of a clue would be the detinator shown in the E3 gameplay demo. Each one of these clues triggers a 'memory' or mission. The one shown in E3 was Dutch. There will be other clues, triggering the other ODST, which were seperated from you during the landing. Once you've completed each 'memory' you will have finished the game. I personally believe that one of the ODST clues appear after you find all of them, that way there will be a definite ending to the game, and everybody's last mission will be the same. A lot of people believe this will involve Dare.

You will unlock the campaign levels as you complete them. And yes, you access them at the campaign screen. They will not be named for the ODST, but they will be named for the level that you actually completed.

I hope this helped you in understanding.

There are more than four flashbacks. Read it in GamePro.
