Subject: How are you supposed to fit natal into a fps???

Nothing is better than gaming through the day, into the night, then back into the day. It's like when you finally push that power button you feel like you've accomplished nothing, but at the same time, you can't stop smiling.

just for cinamatics or the whole game that would suck blow and swallow

Suck, blow and swallow indeed.

We'll find out when Reach comes out. If it absolutely sucks, then we're screwed and that's that. But I have more faith in bungie than that, they'll probably find some way to incorporate Natal without killing the game. Who knows? Natal may be the greatest FPS system ever invented... We've never tried it, so how the hell would we know?

1. Squad commands with the voice recognition like the Milo tech.
2. The ability to do simple motion capture for Machinima.
3. Video Editing using voice recognition and hand gestures in a cool interface.
4. Mini games and interactive cut-scenes.
5. The ability to open up a Spartan interface that shows things like the gel layer level. The foam process healing limbs in the suit, and whether or not other Spartans have flat lined. The ability to change gel layer on the fly with voice recognition.

It's true, everyone's saying it only might include natal. But all this build up will conclude in the most anti-climatic answer to 'how will reach include natal?'
Guess what? It won't.
I hope bungie doesn't do that...

From what I've seen Natal is not precise enough without a wiimote or wand for aiming. The art demo at E3 is proof, and the fact that the animations have a slight delay and arms go all wonky as seen in E3 and the Jimmy Fallon show keep me from liking Natal for anything other than racing games, mini-games, and sports.

yeah that is some fun stuff but all the basic stuff that you would usually do in a FPS is another matter
1 turn around
2 get in a vehicle
3 pull trigger in thin air
4 drive vehicles
5 fly vehicles
6 switch grenades
7 run around (running around a cramped room would get annoying fast)
8 not everyone jumps as high i would imagine (well not really a problem when your fit)

Yeah. I don't see any of that stuff working without some sort of controller. I'm sure they can try to make it work, but jumping up and a down slightly while running in place next to the television, and turning slowly by pointing a toy gun at the side of the screen does not seem fun. I don't see how you can properly distinguish from running forward or strafing, or walking backwards.

Read my post on the first page, it addresses most of these concerns. Here ares some I didn't address:
Get in vehicles- Pull both hands up in the air.
Pull trigger- With your finger?
Drive vehicles- Like the way they tried to incorporate it into Burnout. I think there's a link on one of my posts on the first page. The same goes for flying vehicles.
Switch grenades- Reach for your hip and flick your wrist.
Jumping- Magnified movements on the game. You don't have to jump, just lift yourself up and your player will jump normally. That way everyone can jump at the same height.

And Natal doesn't use toy guns.
